Vegetable Momos

Vegetable Momos ingredients
- 2 T Ghee
- 1⁄2 T Minced ginger
- 1⁄2 T Minced garlic
- 1⁄2 c Diced Onion
- 1 t Garam masala
- 1⁄2 t Chili
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 c Mixed vegetables, parboiled finely chopped
- 1 c tofu, squeezed & crumbled

Cooking Vegetable Momos
1. Melt ghee in a wok or skillet.
2. Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add garam masala, chili powder, pepper, salt & soy sauce.
4. Stir-fryi for 30 seconds.
5. Add vegetables & mix well.
6. Remove from heat & place in a bowl.
7. Add tofu & toss well.
8. Allow to cool & drain off excess liquid.
9. Put 1 tb of filling into each momo wrapper & seal closed with a little water.
10. Steami over a steaming rack for 15 to 20 minutes.
11. Serve hot with momo sauce.
