- 1 t Vegatable oil
Cooking Vegetable Egg Scramble
1. Beat egg whites, yolks and nonfat dry milk.
2. Sautei mushrooms, green pepper and onions in oil. Add egg mixture and scramble.
3. Serve hot with parsley sprig garnish.
