Vegan "Eggnog" ingredients

  • 20 oz Silken tofu
  • 16 oz vanilla soymilk
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
  • 2 T Brown sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Turmeric
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c brandy or rum, optional
  • Nutmeg

Cooking Vegan "Eggnog"

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg.
2. Blendingi thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
3. Serve well chilled & dusted with nutmeg.
4. **NOTE: This vegan eggnog is rather suscpetible to the flavour of alcohol, so you amy want to start with smaller amounts if adding alcohol to your nog & add more as necessary.
