Veal Rounds with Vegatables ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt, or to taste
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper; Or To Taste
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Paprika; Or To Taste
- 4 Veal Fillets; Cut 1/4" Thick
- 4 t butter
- 4 Stewed Tomatoes; Whole
- 12 White Asparagus Spears; *
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb mushrooms, fresh, sliced
Cooking Veal Rounds with Vegatables
1. * Asparagusi Spears should be canned.
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the veal slices.
3. Sautei in butter until browned.
4. On each fillet place 1 stewed tomato, 3 spears asparagus and a heaping T of mushrooms.
5. Cook gently.
6. Pour cooking juices over the fillets while cooking.
7. Cook uncovered until mushrooms are just tender.
8. Serve with pureed potatoes and a salad.
