Veal Chops in Caccaitore Sauce ingredients
- 4 shoulder veal chops or pork chops,weel-trimmed
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T Balsamic vinegar
- 1 T Fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1⁄2 t Tabasco
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 c cacciatore sauce
Cooking Veal Chops in Caccaitore Sauce
1. In a large bowl combine the olive oil, balsamic, vinegar, sage leaves, tabasco, and black pepper.
2. Add the veal or pork chops and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the grill.
4. Grilli for 2 minutes on each side and remove.
5. Place the chops in a sauce pan, add the cacciatore sauce, and simmer for 45 minutes.
