Veal chili with beans ingredients

- 2 t garlic, crushed
- 1 c onions, diced
- 1 c Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 c Carrots, diced
- 1 lb Ground veal
- 28 oz Can White and Red Kidney
- Beans
- 2 T Tomato paste
- 1 T Chili powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried basil
Cooking Veal chili with beans
1. In a large nonstick saucepan, heat oil. Sautei garlic, onion, green pepper and carrots until softened.
2. Add veal and saute until no longer pink.
3. Add beans, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano and basil.
4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Serve in soup bowls with french bread or crackers.
6. Per serving: calories: 300, fat: 5g, cholesterol: 54mg, sodium: 760mg.
