Valentine Pie ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Kroger® unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 5 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1⁄2 c sugar substitute
  • 2 t Not/Sugar®
  • 1⁄4 c butter, softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1⁄2 c Half & half
  • 3⁄4 c Pecan halves
  • 1 Almond pie crust

Cooking Valentine Pie

1. In mixing bowl, combine coconut, cocoa, sugar substitute and not/Sugar®.
2. Add butter, eggs and half & half.
3. Mixi well.
4. Foldi in pecan halves.
5. Pour into prepared almond pie crust.
6. Bakei at 400° for 30 minutes.
7. Cool before cutting.
8. Per serving: 9. 0 g carbohydrates, 210. 5 calories, 1. 4 g fiber, 19. 1 g fat, 4. 3 g protein Note: not/Sugar© is an unusual product.
9. It thickens the same way as sugar but is not a sweetener.
