Vacuum Cleaner Bars ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c margarine; melted
  • 1 pk Yellow Cake Mix *
  • 3 Eggs
  • 8 oz Package cream cheese, soft
  • 1 lb Powdered sugar;
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Flaked coconut
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped walnuts or pecans

Cooking Vacuum Cleaner Bars

1. * Use plain cake mix without pudding added.
2. Combine margarine, cake mix and one egg. Stiri together until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Pat mixture into bottom of well-greased 15x10 inch jellyroll pan. Bakei for 10 minutes at 325~F.
4. Beat remaining two eggs lightly then beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar.
5. Stir in coconut and nuts.
6. Pour over mixture in jellyroll pan. Bake at 325~F for 45 to 50 minutes or unti golden brown.
7. Cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.
