Uptown brisket

Uptown brisket ingredients
- 4 lb Brisket of beef
- 1⁄4 c Liquid Smoke
- 1 t Onion salt
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 t Celery salt
- 1 1⁄2 t worchestershire sause
Cooking Uptown brisket
1. Place brisket on heavy duty foil large enough to enclose meat.
2. Put in a shallow baking dish.
3. Mixi remaining ingredients, brush over entire surface of the brisket, and seal in the foil.
4. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
5. Bakei in foil at 275 °F for 5 - 5-½ hours.
6. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before slicing across the grain.
