Upside Down Chocolate Puddin' Cake ingredients

  • 1 c Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c Sugar
  • c unsweetened cocoa + 3 tb
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • c hot tap water

Cooking Upside Down Chocolate Puddin' Cake

1. Mixi Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa, milk and vanilla.
2. Spoon batter evenly into greased crockpot.
3. Mix remaining sugar, cocoa and hot water.
4. Pour over batter in crockpot.
5. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until batter no longer looks shiny on top. Don't overcook.
6. The batter rises to the top like cake, underneath is a rich chocolate pudding.
7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
