Ultimate Turkey Burger

Ultimate Turkey Burger ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey, 93% fat free
- 1⁄4 c Finely chopped onions
- 2 T mustard
- 6 clv caramelized garlic
- 4 T steak sauce
- 1⁄4 c Finely chopped mushrooms
- 2 each jalapenos peppers, grilled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 T Chopped fresh cilantro
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Ultimate Turkey Burger
1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix with a fork, taking care not to overwork the meat.
2. Devide the mixture into 6 to 8 equal portions and form into pieces.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Preheat the grill.
5. Place the burgers on a hot grill for 2 minutes on each side.
6. Lower the heat to medium, and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until done.
