Tzatziki -

Tzatziki - ingredients
- 1 c Plain Yogurt
- 1⁄4 c Finely shredded cucumber
- -Peeled
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t olive oil
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- Chopped fresh mint, optional
Cooking Tzatziki -
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.
3. Yields: 1 ¼ cups.
