Twinkles ingredients

  • FILLING
  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1⁄2 c Crisco
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 3⁄4 c Evaporated milk
  • 1 T vanilla
  • Cake:
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 3 1⁄2 t baking powder
  • 2 c All-purpose flour

Cooking Twinkles

1. Bakei cake in a sheet 325 for 35 to 40 minutes.
2. Cut into small cakes, split add filling OR bake in the tins they use for twice filled potatoes.
3. This was on phil's show recipe from Gloria the copycat lady.
