Turkish lambcooker ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb Cut-up green beans
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 Large Idaho potato, peeled
- And sliced
- 4 Large peeled tomatoes
- 1 lb Lamb, cubed
- Salt, caraway seeds
- 1 Cloves garlic
- 1 Bouillon cube
Cooking Turkish lambcooker
1. Soak lid of glazed clay cooker.
2. Mixi all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to cooker.
3. Cover and put into cold oven.
4. Turn temperature to 425f and bake for 80 minutes.
