Turkey Fajitas 3 ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast cutlet
- 1⁄2 c Fresh Cilantro
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 t Cumin powder
- 1⁄4 t Chili powder
- 1⁄8 t Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄8 t worchestershire sause
- 2 t Vegatable oil
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 2 c Onions
- 3 T Lime Juice
- 8 10-inch flour tortilla
- Light sour cream
- guacamole
- Salsa
Cooking Turkey Fajitas 3
1. In 1-quart bowl combine turkey, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. In large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, stir-fry turkey mixture in 1 teaspoon oil for 4 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink.
4. Remove from skillet and set aside.
5. Add remaining teaspoon of oil to skillet.
6. Stir-fryi red and green peppers 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
7. Add onion; cook, stirring constantly until vegetables are crisp-tender.
8. Return turkey strips to skillet.
9. Pour lime juice over mixture and stir to combine.
10. Remove from heat and serve immediately in flour tortillas.
11. Garnishi with sour cream, guacamole and salsa, if desired.
