Turkey breast with tropical fruit salsa

Turkey breast with tropical fruit salsa ingredients
- 6 Turkey breast slices, about
- - 1-½ lbs
- TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA
- 17 oz Mango slices, drain, cubed
- 1 c strawberries, sliced
- 1⁄2 c Kiwi, diced
- 3 T red onion, finely chopped
- 3 T Fresh lime juice
- 1 t Grated Lime Peel
- 1⁄4 t Ginger
Cooking Turkey breast with tropical fruit salsa
1. In medium bowl, gently combine all salsa ingredients.
2. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
3. Heat grill.
4. When ready to cook, oil grill rack.
5. Place turkey on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill, 4-6" from medium coals.
6. Cook 8-10 minutes or until mo longer pink, turning once.
7. Serve with salsa.
