Turkey breast with tropical fruit salsa ingredients

  • 6 Turkey breast slices, about
  • - 1-½ lbs
  • TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA
  • 17 oz Mango slices, drain, cubed
  • 1 c strawberries, sliced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Kiwi, diced
  • 3 T red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 T Fresh lime juice
  • 1 t Grated Lime Peel
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger

Cooking Turkey breast with tropical fruit salsa

1. In medium bowl, gently combine all salsa ingredients.
2. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
3. Heat grill.
4. When ready to cook, oil grill rack.
5. Place turkey on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill, 4-6" from medium coals.
6. Cook 8-10 minutes or until mo longer pink, turning once.
7. Serve with salsa.
