Turkey and mozzarella cheese picnic loaf ingredients

  • 1 Loaf, 1.½-lbs. round sour-
  • -dough bread
  • 1⁄3 c KRAFT House Italian Dressing
  • 6 To 8 fresh spinach leaves
  • -- stems removed
  • 1 c Kraft low moisture part skim
  • -mozzarella cheese, divided
  • -(4-oz.)
  • 6 sli To 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli
  • -thin roast turkey breast
  • 1 small Red onion; thinly sliced
  • 1 small Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄2 small Cucumber, thinly sliced

Cooking Turkey and mozzarella cheese picnic loaf

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving ½" shell.
3. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing.
4. Fill shell with spinach, ½ cup cheese, onion, turkey, tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese.
5. Cover top of bread loaf; wrap in foil.
6. Bakei 45 mins.
7. Cool 10 mins.
8. Cut into wedges; serve hot or cold.
