- 1 lb Leftover chopped cooked
- -turkey

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Fresh ground pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t tarragon
- 3 T Melted butter
Cooking Turkey and ham rillette
1. Put ham and turkey into the bowl of your food processor and process using a pulsing action.
2. Do not puree.
3. Stiri in softened butter, pepper and tarragon.
4. Put into 3-4 small crocks.
5. Refrigerate for an hour before covering with a thin layer of melted butter.
6. Store in refrigerator.
