Tuna-Burgers Ii ingredients
- 4 sli American cheese, cut into eighths
- 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 med Sweet pickles, diced
- 6 1⁄2 oz Can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 t Finely chopped green pepper
- 2 t Finely chopped onions
- 1 t Finely chopped celery
- 1 t Finely chopped pimiento
- 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
- 6 Hamburger Buns, Split
- -and buttered
Cooking Tuna-Burgers Ii
1. 1. Combine all ingredients except buns in a large mixing bowl.
2. Blend thoroughly.
3. 2. Place bottom of hamburger buns in a shallow, 10 inch round heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
4. Spoon tuna mixture onto bun halves.
5. 3. Place top half of hamburger bun on tuna mixture.
6. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
