Tuna Mounds with Curry Mushroom Sauce ingredients

  • 1 small Onion, minced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter, melted or margarine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 2 7 oz cans Tuna flakes
  • 3 c Bread crumbs, soft
  • 2 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Poultry seasoning
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley flakes
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 cn Mushroom soup, 10 oz
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
  • 3 olives, stuffed and sliced

Cooking Tuna Mounds with Curry Mushroom Sauce

1. Sautei onion in shortening until golden brown.
2. Mixi onion, milk, crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and tuna.
3. Shape into 6 mounds in large shallow baking dish.
4. Mix soup, curry powder and paprika.
5. Pour around tuna mounds.
6. Top each mound with olive slices.
7. Bakei uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 F.
