Tuna Fish Patties

Tuna Fish Patties ingredients
- 2 med Potatoes -- boiled
- parsley flakes
- Salt, pepper -- garlic
- 1 cn Tuna in oil -- drained
- 1 Eggs
- chives -- powder to taste
Cooking Tuna Fish Patties
1. Boil potatoes and put aside to cool.
2. Drain tuna.
3. Mash potatoes and mix in tuna.
4. Add egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes and chives.
5. Mixi well.
6. Refrigerate for a while.
7. Make patties the size of a regular hamburger and coat both sides with flour.
8. Fryi in 1/4 inch of cooking oil on medium heat.
9. Turn when golden brown and fry other side.
10. Drain on paper towels.
11. Serve hot.
