Tropical fruit, shrimp and pasta salad ingredients
- 6 oz Springs pasta
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb shrimp, cooked
- 1 Mango
- 1 Papaya
- 20 oz Pineapple chunks, drained
- - unsweetened
- 11 oz Mandarin segments, drained
- 3 Green onions
- Dressing
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cream
- 3 T coconut milk
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Mayonnaise
- 1 T Ginger, freshly grated
- 1 T Lime Juice
Cooking Tropical fruit, shrimp and pasta salad
1. Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water; boil, uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender; drain and cool.
2. Peeli amngo and papaya and chop into chunks.
3. Combine shrimp, all the fruits and the dressing in a bowl.
4. Combine pasta and onions, place on serving plates, and top with salad mixture.
5. Dressingi: combine all ingredients thoroughly.
