Tropical cheese bars

Tropical cheese bars ingredients
- Crust
- 3⁄4 c margarine
- 3⁄4 c Brown sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 c almonds, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 c Coconut Rum
- CHEESE LAYER
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1⁄4 c Coconut Rum
- 2 cn Crushed pineapple; drained
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c Almonds; chopped
Cooking Tropical cheese bars
1. Creami margarine, sugar and coconut rum, beat in flour until blended.
2. Stiri in nuts.
3. Pat into 10 x 15 pan. Bakei at 350°F for 10 minutes.
4. Cool. Cheesei layer: beat cheese, sugar, eggs and coconut rum until creamy.
5. Stir in pineapple.
6. Pour on baked crust.
7. Mixi nuts and coconut.
8. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
9. Cool.
10. Cut into bars.
