Triple cheese spread ingredients
- 1 c fat-free cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 c Shredded low-fat Swiss
- Cheese
- 1⁄4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T Skim Milk
- 1⁄8 t dill weed
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 c Shredded carrots
- 1⁄4 c Unsalted sunflower seeds
- (optional)
Cooking Triple cheese spread
1. In a blender or food processor, combine cheese, milk, dill and pepper.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Stiri in carrots.
4. Cover and chill.
5. Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.
6. Yield: 1 ¾ cups.
