Triple cheese pizza ingredients

  • 1 14" Round unbaked Pizza
  • -dough
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c pesto sauce
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Fontina cheese, grated
  • 8 Plum tomatoes, seeded and
  • -thinly sliced
  • 2 t Dried oregano, crumbled
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves

Cooking Triple cheese pizza

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Lightly coat a baking pan with vegetable cooking spray, then sprinkle with a bit of cornmeal, if desired.
3. Place the pizza round on the prepared pan. Spread pesto over the top, then sprinkle evenly with the fontina cheese.
4. Arrange tomato slices on top and season with pepper.
5. Sprinkle oregano over the surface, then mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
6. Bakei until the crust is golden brown and the topping is golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
7. Garnishi with basil leaves and serve.
8. if using a baked shell instead of fresh dough, increase oven temperature to 500°F, decrease baking time to 10 minutes.
