Traditional Butterscotch Fudge

Traditional Butterscotch Fudge ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c Granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 2 c Miniature marshmallows
- 1⁄2 c Chopped nuts
- 1 t vanilla extract
Cooking Traditional Butterscotch Fudge
1. LINE 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
2. COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
3. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat.
6. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract.
7. Stiri vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
8. Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
9. Lift from pan; remove foil.
10. Cut into pieces.
