Traditional Baked Beans ingredients
- 1 lb Dried small white beans
- 4 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄3 c molasses
- 1⁄4 c Brown sugar
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 lb Salt pork, in 1 cubes
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 t Salt
Cooking Traditional Baked Beans
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 13-14 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
3. For added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
