  • 3 1⁄2 c water
  • 1 Env. dry vegetable soup and recipe mix

Cooking Tortellini Spinach Soup

1. HEAT water and soup mix in large saucepan to boiling; reduce heat.
2. Add tortellini and creamed spinach; cook for 5 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
3. Top each serving with Parmesani cheese, if desired.
