Tortellini and artichoke pasta salad

Tortellini and artichoke pasta salad ingredients
- 9 oz Cheese-stuffed tortellini
- 6 oz Marinated artichoke hearts -
- 1⁄2 Green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 Red pepper, chopped
- 2 T Mayonnaise
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 t Dried basil, (or 2 t. fresh)
- 1 t Dried parsley, (or 2 t. fres
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Tortellini and artichoke pasta salad
1. * chopped and drained, reserving liquid cook tortellini; rinse and drain well.
2. Tossi with the marinated artichoke hearts and the peppers.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, including reserved artichoke liquid, and toss with tortellini.
