1. MELT BUTTER IN A SAUTEUSE ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSPARENT ADD TOMATO PASTE AND CONTINUE SAUTEING ADD FLOUR AND STIR ADD TOMATOE CONCASSE, HERBS AND SEASONING SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES ADJUST SEASONING THIS RECIPE CAN BE USED ON ITS OWN OR AS AN INGREDIENT FOR ANOTHER RECIPE.
