Tomato jam

Tomato jam ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 kg Tomatoes
- 100 g Glace pineapple
- 1 green apple
- 1 T Grated Lemon Rind
- 1⁄2 c Lemon juice
- 3 1⁄2 c Sugar
Cooking Tomato jam
1. Peeli & coarsely chop tomatoes.
2. Coarsely chop pineapple.
3. Peel, core & grate apple.
4. Combine the fruit in a large pot. Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
5. Stiri in lemon juice.
6. add sugar & stir till dissolved.
7. Boil rapidly, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a setting point is reached.
8. Remove from heat & stand for 5 minutes.
9. Pour into warm sterile jars & seal.
