Tomato and dill soup ingredients

  • 2 Onions, minced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 4 c Chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 c Diced sweet red peppers
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Diced celery
  • 2 T Chopped green chilies
  • 2 c stock
  • 2 t Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 T Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Cumin

Cooking Tomato and dill soup

1. Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt.
2. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Let cool slightly, then puree.
4. Stiri in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper.
5. Serve warmed or chilled.
