Tomato and dill soup

Tomato and dill soup ingredients
- 2 Onions, minced
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 t olive oil
- 4 c Chopped plum tomatoes
- 1 c Diced sweet red peppers
- 1⁄4 c Diced celery
- 2 T Chopped green chilies
- 2 c stock
- 2 t Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 T Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 t Cayenne
- 1⁄4 t Cumin
Cooking Tomato and dill soup
1. Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt.
2. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Let cool slightly, then puree.
4. Stiri in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper.
5. Serve warmed or chilled.
