Tofu poke

Tofu poke ingredients
- 16 oz tofu, firm
- 1 med Onion, sliced thin
- 6 med Tomatoes, julienned
- 1 t ginger, fresh, minced
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 t Sesame seeds, toasted
- Lemon juice, to taste
Cooking Tofu poke
1. Drain and rinse the tofu.
2. Cut it into ½ inch cubes and place the cubes in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the tomatoes and onions.
4. In a separate container, mix the ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds and lemon juice.
5. Pour this mixture over the tofu and vegetables.
6. Turn gently and allow to marinate in the refridgerator for a few hours before serving.
7. Serve over cous cous or pasta.
