Tofu mayo

Tofu mayo ingredients
- 1 c Soft silken tofu, mashed
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Lemon juice
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t Rice syrup
Cooking Tofu mayo
1. Drain tofu for 15 to 29 minutes and squeeze out any excess water.
2. blend all ingredients untilsmooth and creamy.
3. If mixure seems too thick, add one teaspoon of water.
