Tofu and peanut sauce

Tofu and peanut sauce ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Peanut butter
- 14 oz tofu
- 1 c Water or unseasoned veggie
- -broth
- 1 Garlic clove (or more)
- 3 T Tamari
- Pn Cayenne or your favorite
- -hot sauce (optional)
Cooking Tofu and peanut sauce
1. In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy.
2. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra water.
3. pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat until it is thoroughly heated.
4. serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
