Tips over rice/noodles...magazine ingredients
- 1 lb Sirlion tips
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1 ea Thin slice ginger root
- 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
- 3⁄4 c Beef broth
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 ea Green onions, 1in pieces
- 1 t Sugar
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
Cooking Tips over rice/noodles...magazine
1. Directions ~--- cut meat into 1 ½ in cubes.
2. In large skillet or wok heat oil. Add beef ginger and garlic; stirfry until meat is brown on all sides, about 2 minutes.
3. Mixi remaining ingred.
4. and add to beef.
5. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
6. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until beef is tender, about 30 minutes.
7. Serve over rice or noodles.
