Thai-Style Beef Salad ingredients

  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 1⁄2 T Brown sugar
  • 2 T water
  • 3⁄4 lb Beef top round steak
  • 2 T Seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 1 Large garlic clove
  • 1 t Oriental sesame oil
  • 1⁄4 t red hot pepper flakes
  • 4 c Chinese cabbage
  • 1 1⁄2 c Carrot
  • 1 c Green onion
  • 1 c spaghetti
  • 1⁄4 c Fresh Cilantro

Cooking Thai-Style Beef Salad

1. Combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and water; pour over beef.
2. Marinatei beef 30 minutes.
3. Drain beef, discarding marinade.
4. In a non-stick skillet, stir-fry beef over high heat until browned, about 3 minutes.
5. Remove from pan; cool to room temperature.
6. Mixi remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce and remaining
