Thai tea ingredients
- 8 c water
- 6 T Thai tea
- Sugar
- Ice cubes
- Half and half, -=OR=-
- - sweetened condensed milk
Cooking Thai tea
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add tea and steep 5 minutes.
3. Straini and season to taste with sugar.
4. Cool, then chill in refrigerator.
5. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses.
6. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
