Thai Fish Cakes (Tod Mun) ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Firm white fish fillet
- 3 oz String beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lemon grass
- 1 T Cilantro
- 2 asian bird peppers
- 2 T Fish sauce
- 1 Egg
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄4 t Sugar
- Oil for frying
Cooking Thai Fish Cakes (Tod Mun)
1. Mincei the fish.
2. Combine it with the string beans, onion, lemon grass, cilantro, chiles, fish sauce, slightly beaten egg, cornstarch and sugar.
3. Blend well.
4. Shape fish mixture into patties 2' in diameter,
