- 10 whole dried red chiles
- 6 sli Galangal powder
- 3 dried kaffir lime rind
- 1 Horseradish
- 3 Garlic clove
- 5 roots from fresh coriander
- 6 Shallot
- 1 1⁄2 t shrimp paste or Kapee
- 2 t Paprika
- 1⁄2 t Ground coriander seed
- 1⁄2 t Ground cumin
- 1⁄4 t Ground Turmeric
- 1⁄50 t Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄50 t Ground cardamom
- 1⁄2 t Salt
