Thai coconut milk custard ingredients

  • 5 large Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c sugar, brown
  • 1 c coconut milk

Cooking Thai coconut milk custard

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Place rack in center of oven.
3. Beat eggs, sugar, and coconut milk until frothy.
4. Pour mixture into 8" by 8" baking dish or individual c. place in larger pan filled with hot water.
5. Water should be halfway up the sides of baking dish.
6. Bakei 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Be careful not to overbake.
8. If serving hot, spoon into dishes; if serving cold, allow mixture to cool before cutting into squares.
