Thai Chicken& Sesame Noodles ingredients

  • 1 c Good Season Oriental Sesame Salad Dressing --
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into
  • 2 T Chunky peanut butter
  • 1 T Honey
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Crushed Red Pepper
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti -- cooked drained
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Carrot -- grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Green onions -- sliced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped cilantro

Cooking Thai Chicken& Sesame Noodles

1. Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat.
2. Cover.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
4. Mixi remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside.
5. Cook chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through.
6. Mix spaghetti, chicken, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl.
7. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat.
8. Serve immediately.
9. Note from Pam: I break up the spaghetti into about 2 pieces before cooking--makes it easier to serve and eat!.
