Thai Beef with Noodles

Thai Beef with Noodles ingredients
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak -- 1 inch thick
- 1⁄4 c Dry sherry
- 1 1⁄2 T soy sauce
- 1 t Freshly grated ginger
- 1 t garlic -- mashed
- 1 T olive oil
- 1⁄4 t Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 c Cooked noodles
- 1⁄4 c Green onions; chopped
Cooking Thai Beef with Noodles
1. Combine sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, oil, and pepper pods.
2. Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade.
3. Close bag securely and marinate 15 minutes.
4. Pour off marinade.
5. Reserve.
6. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes.
7. Add steak and cook 12 to 5 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
8. Remove steak to cutting board and keep warm.
9. Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in reserved marinade and 1/4 cup water; add to skillet.
10. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
11. Stiri in noodles.
12. Carve steak into thin slicesand serve over noodles.
13. Sprinkle with green onion.
