Thai Basil Beef

Thai Basil Beef ingredients
- 4 T oil, peanut
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 Jalapeno peppers
- 1 bell pepper, green
- 1 lb beef, steak
- 2 T Thai fish sauce
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar
- 1⁄4 t Pepper, white, ground
- 1⁄2 c basil, fresh, chopped
Cooking Thai Basil Beef
1. Peeli and chop garlic.
2. Seed jalapenos and remove membrane.
3. Slice.
4. Cut green pepper into thin slices.
5. Beefi should be thinly slice across the grain.
6. Heat wok and add the oil and garlic.
7. Chow for a very brief moment.
8. Then add the peppers, chow for a few minutes.
9. Next add meat.
10. Chow again for just a couple of minutes so that the meat sears to medium rare.
11. Quickly add the remaining ingredients and toss for a moment.
12. Serve with thin noodles or rice.
