Texas hash ingredients
- 1 Large onion, chopped fine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 c Green Pepper
- 1 1⁄2 c Grated cheese
- 1⁄2 c Celery
- 1 1⁄2 c Macaroni
- 1 cn Tomatoes
- 1 cn Peas (No. 2 size)
- 1 large Can chili without beans
Cooking Texas hash
1. Sautei onion, chopped green pepper, and celery in 3 tablespoons of oil. Then add tomatoes, peas and chili without beans.
2. Mixi all together and put in baking dish.
3. Put the grated cheese on top and bake about 45 minutes at 350. Boil macaroni 10 minutes and then drain before adding to casserole.
