  • 3⁄5 dl Madeira (special wine)
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 2 seasoning (salt+pepper)

  • 500 g Rose hip paste
  • 10 g Cinnamon powder
  • 10 g Cayenne pepper, ground
  • 10 g Ginger
  • 2 Orange
  • 1 dl Lemon juice, fresh pressed
