Teriyaki Shish Kabobs

Teriyaki Shish Kabobs ingredients
- 1 3 pound round steak 1 1/2 thick -- cubed
- 1 cn (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks -- drained
- 8 oz small whole fresh mushrooms -- cleaned
- 3 med onions, quartered and separated
- 2 med green peppers, cut into pieces
- 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
- Teriyaki Marinade
- Hot cooked Rice
- Teriyaki Marinade:
- 1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- c Catsup
- c Vinegar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c soy sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil
- 6 clv garlic, finely chopped
- 2 t Ground ginger
Cooking Teriyaki Shish Kabobs
1. Prepare vegetables and meat; place all but tomatoes in large shallow baking dish.
2. Pour Teriyakii Marinadei on top. Marinatei overnight; stir occasionally.
3. Skewer marinated ingredients with tomatoes.
4. Grilli or broil to desired doneness; brush with marinade during cooking.
5. Serve over Ricei.
6. For Teriyaki Marinade: In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.
7. Teriyaki Marinade is also delicious when used to marinade pork chops or chicken.
