Teriyaki Salmon Steaks ingredients

  • 1 c Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 T Peanut oil
  • 3 T parsley, chopped
  • 1 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t pepper, freshly ground
  • 6 Salmon steaks

Cooking Teriyaki Salmon Steaks

1. 1) Mixi the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
2. then add the salmon steaks and let sand for 1 to 2 hours, turning the steaks every 20 to 30 min. 2) Place the steaks on a sheet of heavy foil.
3. Grilli for 4 to 5 min. basting with the sauce.
4. Turn the steaks and grill for 3 min. or until the steaks flake easily, basting with the sauce.
5. 3) Serve hot or cold.
