Teriyaki marinade ingredients

  • 1 T Ginger
  • c soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Honey
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 T Onion, grated
  • 3 T Cooking oil
  • 1 T Cornstarch
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Red food coloring (optional)

Cooking Teriyaki marinade

1. Blend ginger, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and onion in bowl.
2. Add meat, marinade at least 1 hour.
3. Remove meat, brown quickly on all sides in hot oil. Stiri a blend of cornstarch, water and food coloring (if used).
4. Bring to boiling 2-3 minutes.
5. Add meat and put onto sticks for grilling or whatever.
