Teriyaki London Broil ingredients

  • 2 c soy sauce
  • 10 lb London broil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Peanut oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
  • 1 c Scallions
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 t Ginger
  • 1 T garlic

Cooking Teriyaki London Broil

1. Trim fat and tendons from beef.
2. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
3. Cover and chill for 2-48 hours.
4. Remove from marinade and grill or broil to desired doneness (if using flank steak, it should be cooked rare to remain tender).
5. Remove from grill or broiler and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile heat marinade in a saucepan, over a moderate flame.
7. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
8. Cut steak on the bias into paper-thin slices.
9. Arrange each 5 ounce portion onto a serving plate.
10. Moisten with 2 ounces strained marinade.
11. Serve hot.
